It all begins in the orchard in the spring when the honeybees pollinate the apple blossoms to produce the apples that are in these cans. After a wild yeast primary and secondary fermentation, Francisco harvests honey from those bees’ hives in the orchard to give Apple Blossom Buzz hint of sweetness adding just enough for the aroma for this semi-dry, sparkling cider that captures the complete sustainable cycle of orchard activity.
