This small-batch imperial cider is made from 100% Vermont-grown Northern Spy apples. A renowned early 19th century baking variety, it has tremendous acidity, and a flavor that is brimming with autumns spices. To balance the acidity, we arrested the fermentation, leaving natural residual sweetness. The result is highly fruity yet smooth and balanced. Enjoy with savory crepes, cheesy pasta dishes, or smoked ham.
