After the first frost rosehips sweeten slightly and condense their flavor. Braving thorns, we gather the fruits of wild roses for this winter seasonal cider. Half apple, half pear, and with a touch of rosehips, this semi-dry hybrid is naturally tart with hints of grapefruit and a floral finish.
