This mead is pétillant (slightly sparkling) Schramm’s Michigan Apple was made with a carefully selected blend of locally sourced and pressed Michigan apple varieties. The sparkling, slightly drier, tart notes of the cider blend balance beautifully with the sweetness and body of the honey. This cyser is a tribute to our home state’s beautiful fall days and our fine community of fruit growers.
