They said it couldn't be done. AND YET!
This cider is everything you would expect. When I tasted it from the fridge, you could taste the different pommes at different times as the bottle contents warmed up. Try THAT, it's cool and fun and the kids say it is safe. It's really terrific. Why not 5 pommes?
From the Cidery: This is a blend of Washington apples, European pears, and Asian pears steeped with quince. Semi-dry, floral, and a little funky, this cider-perry hybrid is all the pommes we can fit in one bottle.
