Maison Hérout has just introduced this slightly less dry version of their authentic Normandy cider. Produced in the Cotentin Peninsula using artisanal techniques perfected by Maison Hérout since 1946, this cider offers a profile that is best described as a semi-sweet, although the label calls it "doux" (sweet). The first taste offers lightly sweet, fruity notes but then gives way to a satisfying finish that is drier. Organic, with the second fermentation occurring in the bottle.
