2016 harvest of the Airlie Redflesh - Then let it ferment over the winter, then bottled it on the lees with a touch of residual sugar so it could naturally carbonate in the bottle. It is then laid down to rest for 14months + before it is riddled and disgorged. Alpenfire adds a spritz of Rosy Pommeau to help balance out the final product. A truly unique blend of two ciders from the same apple but grown different years.
