Wildcraft Ciderworks - Elderflower Quince (500 mL)

Wildcraft Ciderworks - Elderflower Quince (500 mL)
Quince cider made from three quince varieties that were shredded and lightly fermented on skin for two weeks prior to pressing, then naturally aged for six months, transforming the fruit into wine. This wine is blended with ciders of Jonagold and Rome Beauty apples and then ice-conditioned with elderflowers. Tastes of quince, white flowers, lemon juice and zest, and lime zest. A bright & juicy quince wine!
