Alma Quince 

Locally grown, hand picked, organic Van Deman quince were selected from Willowrose Bay farm on Guemes island. The fruit was pressed fresh, fermented dry, and aged 5 months to produce our Alma Quince. The result is light, crisp, and dry with bold quince aroma and flavor. Minimally filtered. Light carbonation.
