Description
Formerly: PEACH WHISKEY PEAT - 2020's batch is more peat forward, with the peach laying just underneath, carrying it through to a lovely finish. Well done.
From the cidermaker: The Peatch is a less sour this year, with bolder peach and a hint more smoke. Every year, batch, and barrel are unique.
From the Cidery: Our signature Washington apple blend steeped with peaches, then aged for five months in peated whiskey barrels from Westland Distillery. Brimming with peach aroma and peat smokiness, this semi-dry fruity cider melds delicately with whiskey notes from the barrel.
