Great deal on a three-pack of pommeau!
Pommeau is an Apéritif traditionally made in Normandy by combining two-thirds unfremented apple juice with one-third Calvados (apple brandy). The mixture is then aged in oak barrels. It is often served as an Apéritif, or alongside cheese, dark chocolate, or apple-based desserts. It makes for a wonderful standalone slow-sipper dessert as well.
This three-pack contains one each of these delicious pommeaus made by three excellent cidermakers in Washington State:
Alpenfire Pommeau (Port Townsend, WA)
- Liberty Widdershins (Spokane, WA)
- Westcott Bay Pommeau (San Juan Island, WA)
