Our heritage cider is crafted from a blend of more than 20 traditional English and French cider apple varieties grown in our orchard on Vashon Island, WA. These time-honored apples create a richness of flavor and character to cider that can’t be achieved with ordinary culinary apples.
Composition: Dabinett, Brown Snout, Muscadet de Dieppe, Chisel Jersey, Harry Masters Jersey, Reine de Pomme, Porter’s Perfection, and other bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples.
Fruit origin: Vashon Island, WA Yeast: AWRI-350 and Wild yeast
Appearance: Clear, light golden color
Aroma: Butterscotch, spice, hay, and earth
Taste: Dried apple, citrus zest, woody, mild bitter finish
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, balanced layered tannins, slightly effervescent
