SILVER - 2018 Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition
Our Manchurian Cider is made from a blend of apples, but features the unique characteristics of the Manchurian Crabapple. This petite yet bold apple imparts flavor and dimension to cider on a scale much larger than its size predicts. While just a portion of the blend for this cider, Manchurian crabapples dominate the flavor with notes of black cherry and blood orange as well as nice tannins for structure.

Appearance: Clear, straw color
Aroma: Tropical fruit, woody resinous, lightly floral
Taste: Blood orange, tangerine, tart apple, pear
Mouthfeel: Pleasantly drying astringency, clean finish, lightly effervescent
