About: Made with a selection bittersweet apples. Triple fermented. After the first fermentation of the natural sugars, an addition of extra sugar allows a second fermentation to take place. The third fermentation takes place in the bottle, resulting in a sparkling cider. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. Hazy, fine bubbles. | ABV: 8.5% |
