Each time it's something new, and always exceptional.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLiberty Cider is one of the premier cider makers in the U.S. - especially for fans of dry cider and English style fine cider. They release a range of single varietal ciders each year featuring both American Heirloom apple varieties and traditional U.K. cider apple varieties. The Cidermaker's Blend is always crafted by blending various single-varietal ciders post fermentation, which lends to a very well balanced and refined cider. This version features two classic Bittersweet varieties in Dabinett and Chisel Jersey, blended with a cider made mostly of McIntosh apples. The result is a cider with fruity aromatics, dry, tannic, and moderately complex. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLiberty's Reserve Series ciders are small, nano-batch labors of love that are usually exclusive to Liberty's own Cider Club, or to enjoy in their tasting room. Based in Spokane, Washington, they gather nearly all of their fruit from three tiny, family-run orchards in Eastern Washington that grow apple varieties with cider in mind. Soil and climate play major roles, as do the native yeasts they allow to ferment their ciders. Employing “natural wine” methods in all of their ferments, Liberty never filters their ciders and allows each orchard’s native yeast to work its magic. Their approach is inspired by global styles and traditions, but reflects their own apples, landscape, and culture. It’s a philosophy expressed in everything they produce, and it’s one we think you’ll really enjoy.
