About Wild and cultivated apples and pears, wild quince, grape skins of Savagnin and Garganega. Apples, pears and quince were pulped and macerated for a day, and then pressed through Summer meadow hay. 2020 APQ has an element of its fermentation in clay amphora along with old French oak barrels. Bottled as a Pet Nat with a further year of slow fermentation in bottle. No added sulfites. | ABV 8% |
