NoWhere's founder, Zane, had been buying other produce for the rest of their beverage line when he asked about the apple trees and what was done with the apples. He was told they just drop and go to waste. It drinks semi-sweet to sweet. Not nearly as sweet as anticipated given the fresh juice and honey. Well balanced blend of piney hops and fresh apple juice. Hints of honey. Sweetness is cut through nicely by the piney hops quality, carbonation, and acidity from the apples. Minty finish with faint honey notes. Nice and juicy. Nicely integrated hop profile that adds a piney quality, subtle earthiness, and a lightly minty aftertaste.
