A coffee cider collaboration with Dark Matter Coffee. Made from a blend of heirloom cider apples, including Cox’s Orange Pippin, Roxbury Russet, and Northern Spy. Aged 12 months in neutral in French oak. Finished with coffee conditioned with Jeppson's Malört®. Fermented to dry.
