Description
Our 2019 Sonoma County Brut Perry was grown organically on a small family orchard in Western Sonoma County. We picked this blend of five different Asian Pear varietals on October 9th this last year, pressed off the juice into (only) eight old French Oak barrels, fermented and aged it for three and a half months before bottling and kegging unfined and unfiltered.
Our traditional-style Brut Perry is naturally gluten-free, comes in at 7.1% ABV, and is made from 100% Asian Pears. The Perry has notes of white flowers framed by candied ginger and baking spices, a rounded mouthfeel, and a crisp, dry finish.
