Two Broads normally doesn't blend it, but this year's batch is 89% Newtown Pippin (grown at Jake Mann's legendary \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eFive Mile Orchard in Watsonville, California) and 11% Braeburn apples (from Two Broads' orchard in San Luis Obispo). Oak-aged slightly after fermentation. Fruit from the 2023 harvest, bottled in 2024. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLightly carbonated. Velvety with flavors of apples, honey, lemon, and apricots. As they explored California's San Luis Obispo county, they happened upon See Canyon Cider, and in its beautiful orchards discovered they loved heirloom apples. They made their first hard cider with the juice pressed from See Canyon apples. Fast forward to the present. Morgan and Maggie have committed their lives to each other and to making great cider for their community.
