Heartland Ciderworks (Wilamette Valley, Oregon)

Heartland Ciderworks is a small batch cidery based out of Salem, Oregon. Cidermaker Elisio launched the brand in 2023 with the release of his flagship cider, The Avalon. Heartland Ciderworks was co-winner of the coveted Best New Cidery award at the Northwest Cider Cup (2023).  Elisio uses fruit sourced locally from the Willamette Valley, including fruit from some of the finest cider apple orchards in the region as well as community sourced apples.
