La Ferme de Port Coustic is a multifaceted project of wine, cider, and polyculture farming, located on the island of Groix in Brittany France. Cidermaker Mathieu le Saux uses old vertical presses and native yeasts, with no added sugars, enzymes, or sulfites, as the objective is to bring out the terroir and the fruit in their ciders.
