Offset Ciderworks

Offset ciders are made in Washington with 100% Washington fruit. Offset uses a blend of apples and pears to create off-dry offerings. His ciders are fermented dry, but there is a pleasant residual sweetness from the un-fermentable sugar (sorbitol) present in pears. None of Adam's ciders are back-sweetened, nor is there any sugar added. Try a few cans of his highly crushable flagship release, Off-Dry, and be on the lookout for future small batch offerings.

    We first met Adam from Offset Ciderworks at CiderCon in Oakland back in 2020. We were each there to network with other cider professionals while in the planning phases of our own dream cider businesses.
