Art + Science is a natural cider, perry, and wine producer based out of rural Yamhill County, Oregon in the western part of the Willamette Valley. They use all foraged, organic, or biodynamically-grown fruit, and ferment with indigenous yeast.
Art and Science started their label with wine in 2011, then in 2012 bought the 40 acres behind them and planted some apple trees for cider. That year, they also made their first cider from foraged fruit and have grown their business right along with their trees.
Art + Science makes a wide variety of cider, perry, quince, and coferment products that we love, and are one of our absolute favorite Pacific Northwest cider producers.
