Keepsake Cidery (Minnesota)

Keepsake Cidery (Minnesota)

About Keepsake Cidery: From the Cannon Valley in Minnesota, Keepsake makes some of the finest ciders in the Midwest. Named after the Keepsake apple, which was developed locally by the University of Minnesota's Horticulture program. Head Cidermaker Nate Watters makes a range of dry-to-sweet ciders with fantastic character and flavor profiles - clearly inspired by great English ciders. Made using cider apple varieties grown on their own orchard and procured from other local farms in the area - most of which are organically grown. All of the ciders are fermented naturally with the wild yeast of the fruit, and without any additives (no added sugar or sulfites).
