Haykin Cider's Harrison is a single-varietal cider made 100% from Harrison apples grown at CiderView Orchards in Washington State.
Harrison was one of America’s oldest cider apples, discovered before the founding of the country. While it was thought to be lost, one tree was found in New Jersey in 1976 and the apple was brought back from extinction. Harrison is rich in body boasting soft tannin, bright acidity, with notes of orange peel, coriander, and minerality, against an earthy backdrop. 2023 Vintage. This cider drinks semi-dry to semi-sweet (medium).
