Haykin Cider's Muscadet de Bernay is a small batch cider from Haykin's Reserve line, and is a blend dominated by Muscadet de Bernay, a French cider apple found in the mid-1700's at a Benedictine Abbey in Bernay, France. It exudes the flavor of dark chocolate, blackberry, orange marmalade, and coffee. It is deeply colored, rich, and complex.
This cider is a blend of Muscadet de Bernay, blended with Dabinett and Zabergau Reinette apples from Idyl Acres. 2023 Vintage.
