Western Cider - McIntosh (500 mL)

Western Cider - McIntosh (500 mL)
Western Cider Company's McIntosh is a single-variety cider made 100% from McIntosh apples grown in Montana's Bitterroot Valley. Cider makers from around the Pacific Northwest and beyond love getting their hands on the McIntosh apples grown in the Bitterroot Valley, where Western Cider calls home. Rightfully so, it makes a fantastic cider. Simply put, Western Cider's McIntosh is one of the absolute best ciders you can get your hands on, especially for the price.
Tasting Notes: Bright aromatics of fresh apple. Semi-dry cider with medium-minus tannins and high acidity. Fresh and tart, with notes of crisp apple, red apple skin, candy green apple jolly rancher, fresh pineapple, guava, and canned pear. Beautiful juicy acid and a tropical finish - both of which linger for a pleasant amount of time.
About Western Cider Company: Founder Michael Billingsley and his wife Arielle planted a cider apple orchard in 2010 in Montana's Bitterroot Valley - an area with a rich apple history. Inspired by traditional cider cultures from around the world as well as modern American cider styles, Western Cider Co. is committed to making cider for everyone - from easy-drinking to complex, affordable and high-end, traditional and experimental. Their traditional ciders are crafted using cider apples from their own orchard, neighboring orchards in the Bitterroot Valley, and apples gleaned through their Community Cider Collaborations. Their easy going ciders use apples from their neighbors to the west - Oregon and Washington. One of the few ciders in the U.S. who makes a wide range of both modern and classic cider styles, all done exceptionally well.
