The Cider Farm - Cyser (500 mL)

The Cider Farm - Cyser (500 mL)
The Cider Farm's Cyser is a fantastic expression of an underrated cider style. A Cyser is a cross between a cider & mead - a cofermentation of apples and honey. This Cyser is very nice - semi-dry with light tannins and a nice, mouthwatering acidity. Notes of fresh apple, sweet key lime, subtle notes of honey, and a floral touch. The finish has a nice, light honey flavor that lingers.
From The Cider Farm: We fermented tart apple juice with honey from our farm and neighboring Brown Dog Farm. Honey sometimes requires months to mellow the naturally bitter flavors resulting from its fermentation. We always give it the time it needs. An easy drinker that pairs well with a wide range of foods.
