- Eden Specialty Ciders - Heirloom Ice Cider (375 mL) - Eden's flagship Ice Cider, made from a blend of over 15 heirloom apple varieties, all grown in Vermont. The naturally cold winter climate cold-concentrates the juice prior to fermentation, which concentrates the sweetness and the flavor profile from the apples. The combination of heirloom apples creates a beautifully textured, still, sweet dessert style cider that is elevated by a backbone of bright acidity. Fruity and sweet with notes of baked apple, pineapple, citrus, and turbinado. Fantastic with cheese, as dessert-in-a-glass, or accompanying dessert.
- Liberty Ciderworks Widdershins (375 mL)* - Liberty's version of a French Pommeau, made from Manchurian crabapple juice blended with apple brandy (from 2-Loons Distillery) to arrest fermentation and retain sweetness. Equally tasty with dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream, or a cheese plate, or for slow sipping as dessert-in-a-glass.
- Posterity Ciderworks - Aurora Cider Single-Varietal (375 mL) - Single varietal crabapple cider, the product of wild fermentation and unnamed fruit. This 2022 vintage has a character similar to a fine dry sherry. Dry and perfect for sipping as an aperitif before meals or on its own as a nightcap.
