Stefan Vetter - Cidre 2021 German Cider

Stefan Vetter - Cidre 2021 German Cider
Stefan Vetter Cidre - German Apfelwein
Stefan Vetter's apple cider is made from Franconian native apple varieties such as Goldrenette, Blenheim, Winterrambur, Goldparmäne, and Bohnapfel. This cider is dark copper in the glass; with aromatics and flavor notes of hay, chestnuts, hazelnuts and white flowers. Perfect for adventurous lovers of hyper-elegant dry ciders.
This cider is made with fruit from the 2021 harvest. All Stefan Vetter cider & wine products are made with organic fruit, naturally fermented with native yeast, and without sulfite additions (zero / zero). This cider is bottled Pet Nat, fermentation finishing bottle for a natural sparkle.
Tasting Notes: Great aromatics on this cider of apple leather, petrichor, minerality, and cooked pineapple. Fizzy bubbles. Dry and tart with medium-to-plus acidity and medium tannins. Sweet-tart with notes of apple leather, lemon zest, and mineral qualities.
