Bereziartua Sidra Natural - Basque Cider (750 mL)
This spanish sidra from the Basque Country is made with a blend of wild apple varieties including Txalaka, Urtebia, Judeline, and Judor. Made in the traditional spanish cider method of fermentation and bottled still. It is intended to be lightly shaken before pouring (tip bottle over 2-3 times), or using the long pour method to pour a splash or two in your glass before gulping down with food.

Note: "Sidra" is spanish for cider and ciders from either Basque Country or Asturias in Spain are both often referred to as Sidra or Spanish Sidra. In Basque Country, they speak their own native language and "Sagardoa" means "apple wine" in Eurskara, the native language of Basque Country.
