Dragon's Head's Columbia Crabapple cider is a single-varietal cider made from Columbia Crabapples grown in Sunnyside, WA. Balanced tartness and slight sweetness with a medium-light body and a bright lingering finish. Notes of apple skin, lychee, and honeydew melon, with light floral notes. Pairs well with pork belly.
About Dragon's Head Cider: One of Washington State's premier cider makers, Dragon's Head has been making award-winning cider on Vashon Island since 2010.
