Discovered by John McIntosh at his farm in Canada in 1811, the McIntosh apple has a distinctive vinous aromatic and flavor profile that persists through fermentation. It is crisp, perfumed, and smooth, reminiscent of cream soda, peach rings, and lemons. This cider is made from 100% McIntosh apples grown at Uncle John's Cider Mill in St. Johns, Michigan.
Bottled in 2022 with fruit harvested in the 2021 harvest season. This cider is semi-dry.
