St-Lô Cider - Cidre De L'ille (500 mL)
St-Lô Cider - Cidre De L'ille (500 mL)
St-Lô Cider's Cidre de L’ille is a small-batch cider made from a blend of French cider apple varietals grown on Bainbridge Island near Seattle. Wild fermented, this cider has great depth and aromatic profile.
St-Lô (Saint Low) Cider is a passion project by Michel Poussin - long time chef at Seattle's Le Pichet, a beloved French bistro and restaurant near the iconic Pike Place Market. Michel harvests cider apples on nearby Bainbridge Island - both farm grown apples (primarily French cider apple varieties) as well as foraged apples from old seedlign and heirloom trees growing throughout the island. The cider is made in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood, and these small batch offerings can usually be enjoyed at Le Pichet.
