Union Hill Cider Co. is a family owned and operated cidery based in Wenatchee, Washington. Wenatchee is famously known as the Apple Capitol of the World. Union Hill's tasting room and one of their cider orchards are perched on the hills of East Wenatchee, overlooking the Columbia River. The view of the river through their orchard is one of the dreamier places to sit and sip a cider. The family has been growing apples for more than 50 years, with larger orchards in nearby Quincy. They grow a wide range of cider apple varieties, including bittersharp, bittersweet, and red-flesh cider apples.
