Dragon's Head's Wild Fermented Cider is made from a blend of heirloom apple varieties as well as some English cider apple varieties grown on Vashon Island and in Skagit Valley, WA, including Jonagold, Major, Macintosh, Elstar, Dabinett, and Porter’s Perfection apples. Wild yeast fermented. Notes of orange rind, lemon, green tea, and a hint of pleasant funkiness.

Just a short ferry ride from West Seattle, Vashon Island is home to a vibrant cider community. Dragon's Head makes a wide range of dry, traditional ciders, many of which highlight individual apple varieties.
