Floral Terranes Cider - Restoration Farm 2021 (750 mL)

Floral Terranes Cider - Restoration Farm 2021 (750 mL)
Still cider made with apples (Golden Russet, Newtown Pippin, Northern Spy, Black Gilly Flower and two other non-identified apples) from Restoration Farm on Long Island, New York. Native yeast ferment. Hand bottled. Notes of apple skin, green apple juice, lemon-lime, grape skin, soft minerality and light earthy notes. Fantastic pairing with oysters, risotto, or seafood paella.
Restoration Farm was first established as a “living museum” of Northeastern apples in the 1980s, and was essentially abandoned for decades after going bankrupt. Now back to a more managed productivity, Restoration Farm is committed to sustainable agriculture through focusing on building healthy soils - they do not use herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers ever.
About Floral Terranes: Located on Long Island, New York, Floral Terranes is garage-based winery/cidery started by Erik Longabardi and Benford Lepley.
