The Cider Farm - Rosé (500 mL)

The Cider Farm - Rosé (500 mL)
The Cider Farm's Rosé is made from three varieties of red-fleshed apples grown on their farm, blended with a mix of other tart and tannic cider for more mouthfeel. After fermentation, it's finished with a dash of elderberry juice to compliment the tartness and add to the color of the cider.
Red-fleshed apples have a strawberry like color to their flesh when you cut into them. The juice is deep red at pressing, and the cider naturally retains a rose colored hue after fermentation. Red-flesh apples result in a tart, juicy cider with red fruit notes.
This cider drinks semi-dry with juicy aromatic notes of raspberry, strawberry, and lime. Subtle tannins and balancing acidity on the palate with notes of red berries, grape, and lemon.
Previous vintages won silver medal at the 2023 and 2024 Great Lakes International Cider & Perry Competition (GLINTCAP).
